I like bikes, older ones

I have nothing against new motorcycles, but I find the old bikes alot more interesting. Being curious makes me want to know how things work and I love to see and experience the living machine.

Nothing is less interesting than covers and hidden mechanical gadgets. Bare engines, simple gauges and dials are really the engineering art of the motorized world. It's like a clock or a watch were the movement is visible, you can actually forget it's a clock at all and get caught up in watching the gears going around and around.

Simplicity, just enough there to make it run and be roadworthy, actually makes it more attractive.
