55 Chevy Wagon

Nice, clean and great color

Rusty Old Ford Panel Truck

Rust is Mother Nature's art project and she is a master. I have spent countless hours staring and studying oxidation of metal not only for it's beauty but to be able to re-create it for scale models. Nothing says you've stood the test of time against the elements like rust.

Old panel trucks were my dad's vehicle of choice and seeing them brings me back to my childhood. Hearing that distinctive straight six sound, 3 on the tree and going on trips laying on packing blankets in the back.

1977 AMC Gremlin X

I hate this car, and always have.

But this was in such great shape I had to document it. What the heck happened to design in the 70's? Cars, clothes, furniture all looked horrible back then.

Gen One Toyota 4 Runner

I'm stupid.

That's right, and I like to buy old cars and if I didn't already have two and live in an apartment, my stupidity would demand this purchase.

Long before SUV's were all the rage, Toyota nailed it with this one. A multi-passenger convertible 4x4 truck, that was a good size for trails and looked great too. Backed up by the legendary Hi-Lux platform, there was no doubt it would be one tough hombre.

I've owned several Toyota trucks over the years but never a four runner and have a huge soft spot in my heart for gen one runners. Would love to strip this down, clean it up, small lif and some 33's and call it a day.

Well, maybe next time....
